Hilton Head Island is the second largest barrier island on the east coast. You can find it south of Charleston, South Carolina and north of Savannah, Georgia. I found some Hilton Head real estate here that’s affordable to me and my family, where we can enjoy the semitropical climate year round in a setting that remarkably resembles paradise. There are just 35,000 permanent residents living on the island and they all own a small piece of that paradise. The available Hilton Head real estate is located close to 24 golf courses, hundreds of tennis courts and over 50 miles of public bike and nature trails. We could enjoy incredible fishing and boating here. There are over 250 restaurants of any cultural persuasion to be had nightly. But if shopping is your thing, I discovered more than 200 stores and outlets on Hilton Head. There seems to be no shortage of activities to be a part of there.
I hope to be a part of the Hilton Head Jingle Jingle 5K Run on December 17, 2011. It’s a Family 5K Run & Health Walk around Hilton Head Hospital Campus and Main Street to celebrate the holidays. We’re meeting at 10 a.m. so if you’re in town why not come and join us!
My family and I look forward to the day we purchase our own piece of Hilton Head real estate and get to live on “paradise island”.
